A traditional Korean side dish, consist of fermented vegetables, kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine. Full of flavour and enriched with naturally occurring probiotics, our take of kimchi are all made in-house. The most popular kimchi is the nappa cabbage kimchi. Eat them on its own, top it off on your summer BBQ's hamburgers and sausages, or add them on fries and pizzas for a quick upgrade for your palate. Use them in your cooking, like fried rice, stirfry, tofu or meat stew, or a nice bowl of hot and spicy kimchi soup to warm you up in the winter.
Our nappa cabbage kimchi, in either mild or spicy, are available at our farmers' markets.
Also available occasionally are cucumber kimchi, non-spicy (white) kimchi and Thai-style green papaya pak dong.
